The everyday lifestyles we adopt have a strong impact on the environment in which we live and deeply affect our personal and social wellbeing.
You can choose what to produce and for whom, how and how much to consume, whether to use a bike or a car, and you can save water and energy. Good daily habits and virtuous practices, small revolutions and innovation are the ingredients for a better quality of life, based on a new developmental model that sustains the environment – which humans are part of too. But the most disruptive and revolutionary energy form is still thinking: what space do we give to ideas? How do we create them? How do they regenerate?
A new lifestyle must start by renewing the quality of our thinking, and rediscovering the importance of making ethical and conscious choices by investing in studying, research and knowledge.
